The music. The movement. If i had this super power, it would be a constant trip to see people from up above without the aid of technology and or mechanical devices. 1 hot sketch coming right up.

Last night began solid. Every term at Art Center they invite all the industry heads for alil boozey woozey along with a good show of work by the students who are graduating. Some of those that I started with are graduating and im very proud of them 1.) Art Center Trans design curriculum is like “getting a doctors degree without the blood” 2.) they’re my friends 3.) the work is amazing. Done deal, heres the show.
Aaron doing his thang.

Besides sketchings mini’s all term for his senior thesis he was perfecting his “OH” face.

Bringing sexyback.

Jenna kim throwin’ down.

Maserati marble action done by Lindsey. A definite nice touch.

Kota split his wig before the big show.

Calvin Luk. This man is a machine. Boyfriends hand cuff your girlfriends.

Walking around the show i saw some familiar faces. Some graduates/more friends, who’ve interned, disappeared or are currently working in the industry
KevinKang (Honda R&D)
Daisuke (Acura Advanced studio)/Alex (OH FACE)
Pierre (3 piece suit)/Jeff Leon (Honda R&D Modeller)

Khrystyne wrapped up an internship with Honda/Acura. Honda/Acura has a bright future coming ahead and have invested in some of the most talented designers that have recently came out of Art Center.
Simon Ko (simonko.net)
Vincent aka Shinobs (Designs the Universe)

I saw Theandrew aka T-Bone, aka Mr. Dynasty, Mr. Chocolate, Mr. Smooth Operator, breaking off the beautiful Maithy Ng. Hook up that Red Bull to T-Bone, he’s working hard.

Mike (Hyundai)/Tyler/Jeremey
Alex (VW DCE) and T-Bone are matching, almost carbon copies of each other. One’s black, ones white. Maybe there related.
Leaving Artcenter, i spot Franco strippin’ in the copy center. Too many drinks BRO! Someone give him singles.
Its an illusion. Gary aka Gare Bear
I get a phone call as im leaving, turns out that i got a quick meeting/shindig to roll through. LRG party it is. And who do i run into first. YOURFACEISABLOG (Jannell & Sunny)

Babies in Action

I run into Jerry (Greyone x Soul Assasins) to catch up a bit and he shows me

The inkwork he just got done by Mr. Cartoon.

Back to more babies and Boots

Nancy & Neck Lachey (G1/Deux Process)

John (soundincolor/crash.tv) & Clint (BabeTalent.com) on tilt

End the night with Kat Williams trying to slang some roses to the babies.
9pm you probably wondering how you’re going to get through you night without going ballastic. Here’s how you build momentum. We’ll this is what i do. Peep game….this is what you start your sketching day with. If not ……….its still good. Play it like Michael Jackson and beat it.
I’ve been listening to so much garbage lately on the radio, that im glad i still have sense after all nighters and nights of partying. Thats right work hard, play hard, namsayin. BUT, a lil daft action is always good at the 3am-4am point of a design students all nighter. Either that or ask Martinez for some crack in skid row.
When you know your sketches are amazing and “off the chains.” This is the song you should play to intensify and glorify your beautiful sketch. Not only that, videos solid. Has some of the best ’60s cars built.
Last, but probably desireable during your hectic week would be a nice chill ballad so you can stop thinking about the “TRUTH” that Bumsuk dished out on your hot sketches. Either or, it’s still good for you.
So thats it. Variety skillet.
I’m a ArtCenter student (currently a 6th term gangsta) who’s passionate about cars, graphics, industrial, design and art. Althought im taking transportation design (no wack mobility projects in this piece) Ill be writing up, showing video finds and displaying some of my new and current sketches on future projects and collaborations with sick talent in this industry and in the artwork……so with that said…welcome….have a seat, challenge yourself and shoot for the stars. Btw…heres some JDM Muscle for you geeks.
